Alignment Jackson Career Exploration Fair 2014

On Tuesday, November 11, 2014, Alignment Jackson hosted the Career Exploration Fair for 2,200 Jackson Public School freshman as part of the newly implemented Freshman Academies.  The event was held at the Jackson Convention Complex and aimed to expose young people to careers and starting an important dialogue with key partners regarding workforce development, economic development, career readiness and college readiness. 85 local businesses, agencies, and colleges and universities provided hands-on demonstration and information for students.
